What equipment do I need?

You will need access to barbells and dumbbells. Any other pieces of equipment can be substituted for body weight exercises.

 

Do I need to be an athlete/former athlete to join?

Absolutely not! If your goal is to put on some serious lean muscle mass and become more athletic, this is the program for you.

 

What kind of nutritional guidance can I expect?

We’ve recruited an expert in the field who has put together a nutrition package that will empower you with fundamental knowledge, practical tips and tools for you to create your own game plan for long term success. In this package, you’ll learn about balancing macronutrients, optimal meal and snack times to fuel your body, helpful visual templates, and quick tips for effective grocery shopping and meal planning.
